What are the Terms & Conditions?

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to sign up for a membership.
  • Membership fee billed on 1st or 15th of each month.
  • Memberships auto-renew and have no initiation fees.
  • 6 month commitment required.
  • Cancelable at any time, before the 20th of each month, after 6 months of membership. Simply email-us your request.
  • Unused Membership treatment can be rolled over up to 60 days
  • May freeze membership at any time, before the 20th of each month, for up to 60 days, one time.
  • Id verification is required for treatments
  • No refunds or credit for unused months or lesser value service
  • A credit card and email address is required for participation in our Lux Skin VIP Membership Program. Your credit card will remain securely on file and each month your credit card will be charged the amount recorded on the 1st or 15th day of each month, “monthly due date”. 
  • Memberships, benefits, and Add-on services are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Lux House of Beauty continues to adhere to an Appointment Cancellation Policy and kindly ask that you provide us with a 48-hour cancellation notice, or the appointment will be considered a used facial credit. By adhering to our Cancellation Policy, any appointment properly canceled can be rescheduled.
  • An early cancellation fee of $100 is due if this agreement is terminated by the member before the 6-month expiration date on this contract. Effective date of a termination, any unused rollovers will expire.
  • Lux House of Beauty reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Lux Skin VIP Membership Program upon advance prior written notice.
  • Membership fee can’t be combined with any other offer
  • No cash value
  • All Memberships, products and services offered at Lux House of Beauty are subject to change. Members will be notified of any changes to membership pricing, terms, or conditions at least 30 days in advance.
  • Lux House of Beauty reserves the right to review memberships and deny, suspend, or cancel your membership at any time if the terms of this membership agreement are not met.

Do You Have a Referral Program?

Yes! Refer a friend and you both get $15 off any Lux House facial treatment.

Members who refer a friend get $20 in product credit or upgrades & friends get $20 off any Lux House facial treatment.
